Melissa’s career has focused on analyzing healthcare quality metrics, with over 20 years of experience, including reporting of both public and internally-derived quality measures that supported quality improvement teams’ development of data-driven action plans. Currently, with DataGen, she creates actionable reports to support healthcare organizations nationwide for many of their reporting needs including community health needs assessment survey reporting, hospital-related measures, and grant-related analytics.
