Key compliance dates for SPARCS data: Q3 2025 and Q4 2025

Fourth quarter 2025 Statewide Planning and Research Cooperative System (SPARCS) data submissions are due. Here are the important 2026 deadlines hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers and health systems need to know to remain SPARCS compliant.

Q3 2025 SPARCS compliance deadlines

April 15

• Statement of Deficiency (SOD) issued for Q3 2025 data

Facilities will be issued an SOD on this date.

Q4 2025 SPARCS compliance deadlines

March 31

• Submission deadline for Q4 2025 data

This is the deadline for submitting Q4 2025 SPARCS data. Ensure your data are accurate and submitted on time to avoid penalties.

April 15

• First warning for Q4 2025 data

Hospitals and ASCs will receive a first warning if their Q4 2025 SPARCS data are noncompliant.

May 15

• Second warning for Q4 2025 data

Facilities will receive a second warning if their Q4 2025 SPARCS data are noncompliant.

June 15

• Final/third warning for Q4 2025 data

Facilities that have not resolved their Q4 2025 SPARCS data errors after receiving three warnings will be issued an SOD.

July 15

• SOD issued for Q4 2025 data
