July 15
First warning for Q1 2026 data
Hospitals and ASCs will receive a first warning if their Q1 2026 SPARCS data are noncompliant.
Aug. 15
Second warning for Q1 2026 data
Facilities will receive a second warning if their Q1 2026 SPARCS data are noncompliant.
Sept. 15
Final/third warning for Q1 2026 data
Facilities that have not resolved their Q1 2026 SPARCS data errors after receiving three warnings will be issued an SOD.
