Fourth quarter 2025 Statewide Planning and Research Cooperative System (SPARCS) data submissions are due. Here are the important 2026 deadlines hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers and health systems need to know about to remain SPARCS compliant.

Q4 2025 SPARCS compliance deadline

July 15

• Statement of Deficiency (SOD) issued for Q4 2025 data
  
  

Q1 2026 SPARCS compliance deadlines

June 30

• Submission deadline for Q1 2026 data  

This is the deadline for submitting Q1 2026 SPARCS data. Ensure your data are accurate and submitted on time to avoid penalties.

July 15

• First warning for Q1 2026 data  

Hospitals and ASCs will receive a first warning if their Q1 2026 SPARCS data are noncompliant.

Aug. 15

• Second warning for Q1 2026 data  

Facilities will receive a second warning if their Q1 2026 SPARCS data are noncompliant.

Sept. 15

• Final/third warning for Q1 2026 data

Facilities that have not resolved their Q1 2026 SPARCS data errors after receiving three warnings will be issued an SOD.

Oct. 15

• SOD issued for Q1 2026 data
